I wrote a review about six months ago about my experience at this Jack in the Box on Westmoreland and Clarendon here in Oak Cliff. I left out something that I was reminded of today by my 14 year old grandson who was with me when we visited this Jack in the box. My grandson wanted chicken strips with French Fries . When I ordered the Chicken strips at the drive thru I was having a hard time understanding the girl on the Jack in the box intercom. When I made it up to the window I ask the young lady what was she saying about the chicken strips ? Her reply was this : We ain’t got no strips 😉I said excuse me ma’am.. her reply was: WE AIN’T GOT NO STRIPS😤as she was saying this she was SNAPPING her Fingers as she moved her head side to side. Then she replied once again: I said WE AIN’T GOT NO STRIPS! She was talking like she was somebody with a Bad Attitude ! She also had these 2 INCH LONG Fake Fingernails on so we all know she wasn’t able to wear any PLASTiC GLOVES ! 🤮 I have not been back to this Jack in the Box as a matter of fact I have not been to Any Jack I’m the Box in over 4 months now . Read more2nd visit in less than a month after midnight. Each visit I asked for one order of 2 tacos for $1.29. The young lady taking my order (each visit was a different person) let me know that they were out of tacos. Really??!!??!?? Jack In The Box out of tacos, in the middle of the week!!!??? The first time Erica made it good, this time she was a hesitant but made it right. But she did let me know that she would address the situation with the night shift. Why are these kids so lazy? It is your job to serve food not tell the customer that you are out of tacos when there are plenty because you do not feel like working. Another sad excuse was that they did not have paper for the receipt. I spoke with Maria the next day to let her know what happened the night before and she let me know that there is always paper for the machine. These employes at night do not want their name on the receipt or name tag. Well that is not going to work. I am pretty sure that the manager knows exactly who is on duty on every shift. If you do not want to be there, do the job that you were given, go somewhere else or just go home. You probably will do less somewhere else.

Read moreCashier at drive through could not answer my questions about the posted deals, someone else came on and answered and I placed my order for the sourdough sandwich combo special from the poster for $6.99. Got to the window and they had no idea what I had ordered, was charged for the rg. combo, at $7.89. I had asked how much extra curly fries were and the original order person told me a few cents. Thirty cents is not a few cents in my opinion. Why can't they just tell you what the actual price is going to be? Why are the shake machines not working at night? Food was not even good. Sandwich bun was flat and the meat looked like it had been sitting a while. Was not freshly made. Fries were dismal. Cold, old and just pieces. Looked like the leftovers at the very bottom of the fry basket. Not fresh and not a single full curly fry piece. Just ugh all the way around. Have sent in my contact info as requested.
