Aaron's Rent To Own — Local services in Dalton

Literally 5 employees in the store, one on the phone, and not one of them could be bothered to help. Standing around with their hands in their pockets. The one on the phone was the only on that attempted to help. The whole time the manager was sitting I'm her office watching, she even greeted us but couldn't be bothered to help or encourage one of her other employees to help. Everything we asked about was already sold when I asked if we could see what they have online to order they said yes then proceeded to just stare at us so we left. The staff/customer service here is a joke. We're existing customers and have been for over a year, they had the same crappie staff then so if they haven't improved by now I don't imagine that they will until they get new people in there. They lost a customer I will be going somewhere else ... maybe Babcock will have better customer service. Update: We had visited the store at 10:15 this morning and I made this review and sent a email right after we left. There manager has just reached out to us at 7:28... and was apologetic about our experience with their store (not that changes or fixes anything) and suggested that we take the time over the holidays to consider our on-line options 😅. I wish I could leave no stars but I really needed to do this review.....I would 1000% not recommended this place they have extremely poor customer service!!!! Originally my dryer went out and they brought a "loner" dryer and over a month I never heard about mine !!!! They had to set the dryer on bricks because they didn't have a cord and they took mine when my dryer went to the shop....I couldn't use it because it made my house shake and it was so loud they continued to ask for a payment on something I couldn't even use!!!! It didn't have a lint trap in it neither..... Well they finally brought mine back after I refused to pay for something I didn't have.....well I couldn't use my dryer because they removed my cord that I bought and it took a week for me to get them to replace my cord....now I have bought a washer and dryer and no longer need there's and they are being very childish about coming to get this out of my house!!!! My husband Craig and I went into Aaron’s today and we had the nicest guy help us out on getting a King Sized mattress and box spring as our older one was in shreds. They work with you and not against you. I HIGHLY recommend this location!! The delivery guys there are the only ones there and they go hard.
