Kurved Beauty Bar — Local services in Dalworthington Gardens

My husband purchased the Groupon for the “All inclusive couples pass” at Kurved Beauty Bar. Getting in contact and scheduling with Sky was challenging. When we ultimately scheduled, on 01/06/2024, we arrived and Sky did text us letting us know she was running late. After she arrived, we entered and she was very sweet and greeted us. She did seem disheveled and disorganized. The lobby area/waiting area was not clean. The black rug had a dead cricket, some kind of debris, and the seats were dirty as well. My husband and I were taken to the back to room where I was to have a yoni steam, the room had birthday decorations and the table had several empty champagne bottles on top and under it. It appeared there was a party there and no one ever picked up. The ceiling lights were infested with dead crickets. For the yoni steam, Sky explained that I could gauge the temperature and raise it if needed. When I went to raise the temperature, I lifted the seat of the chair and discovered a pot on an electrical hot plate. The enclosure was disgusting with broken cracker crumbs, dust, lint, jewel decorations that I can only assume were from a party, and what looked like more dead cricket pieces. After that my husband and I had a foot detox. The foot detox consisted of individual VnioLife Ionic Foot Bath Detox Machine that I am certain is for home use only and not a “spa” establishment. There were cords running throughout the room and floor, I almost tripped and fell on one. When the foot detox was done, I bent down to grab my shoes and I discovered that under one of the chairs there was dust, cob webs, more dead crickets, and a cluster of spider eggs. The baseboards were filthy, which leads me to believe that the room has not been cleaned in some time. We were then taken to the room to complete the detox sauna, which was the cleanest room and honestly the better part of our experience. We were provided with disposable thermal blankets and told to wrap ourselves in, lay on the bed and then we were zipped in to the sauna wrap. Sky was very attentive overall during our experience, however because of the communication challenges and the concern that this place is unsanitary, I cannot and will not recommend this place nor will I...

This is the FILTHIEST spa I have ever been too. Looks like nothing has been cleaned for months dead bugs dust hair etc EVERYWHERE. Some pics to show only a fraction of the filth in the treatment rooms. The black cylinder that is rusting is sitting on the floor next to dead bugs and all the other dirt goes into the "foot soak" with ur feet and water. The band is what is used for the laser lipo, the laser lipo room is dimmed so dark you cant really see anything when u walk in the only reason I saw the belt was because the velcro got stuck on my robe as I went to use...

OMG, this is a ladies spot!!!! You’ll have a gorgeous lady assisting you on your sessions. She’s hot and she wants you to enjoy your queens day she understands that woman need their personal pampering day!!! Us ladies work hard and own a lot. It was my best friend birthday and it was so relaxing and listening to music and just enjoying the drinks(also bring extra drinks) and the girly scenery. Thank you so much Sky!! We so needed this every woman in the world...
