This has to be the worst hookah bar I have ever been to. First of all they did not greet us at the "door" or gate, since only the outside patio was open. Second, when we were finally seated, the waitress "Rachel" was awful. She took about 15 to 20 minutes to even come to our table. She repeatedly forgot our drinks when she would come back to the table. The soda fountain was broken. The turkish coffee was not served authentically. They dont have cream or sugar or honey. They do have fresh juice but it takes them about 15 minutes to bring it to you. The biggest turn off was the waitress, with out a doubt. They did not have any mouth pieces for our hookah, and the waitress came over several times and was smoking out of our hookah as she removed the ashes. One of the couples we were with ordered a pineapple as the bowl of their hookah, she picked it up and just started blowing through the bottom of it. Just gross. I dont even want to know what kind of unsanitary practice they have in the back of preparing our food if that is how they act out in front of the guest. I would never ever go back here. For 2 people, we had one order of hummus, two juices, one coffee and one hookah and our bill was $60. Way over priced. They dont offer alcohol but they do offer BYOB, however they keep your alcohol and charge you $5 per person. I can only imagine the girl drinking straight out of my bottle once she has it in the back. What a disgrace. Stay...

Been to Narah's about 3 or 4 times in my time of smoking hookah. Typical go to Al Amir's or Shisha (when it was still there. I think it closed recently.) I promised myself I wouldn't come back here anymore. Generally I think they're restaurant menu is over priced and the service isn't that great. They have TERRIBLE AC Ventilation. They remodeled on the inside and it actually looks really good. *Key phrase is Looks Good. It's actually not very comfortable. The chairs don't feel all that great and they don't do a very good job of busting and cleaning up the tables. Like everyone else has mentioned Parking is pretty bad and a lot of the hoses don't come with individual mouth covers. Which basically mean you better not have a problem sucking off the same hose as everyone else in your group or ANY other customers who have come in recently for that matter.

On my most recent visit, about 2 weeks ago, I had a Gorgeous waitress (her name was Sierra) help out me and 2 of my friends. She was real flirty and chatty with me. Either she was really into me or most likely was really working for her tip. Either way man was she Beautiful. Every time I go here I tell myself i'll never come back and usually don't for a good year or two. I'll definitely be back for her service if she's still there. Wish I had made an attempt to get her...

The food is good but the service is intolerable and, get this, you can bring in your own booze but you can't have the bottle at the table to serve yourself as the establishment doesn't want to offend its numerous Muslim patrons (evidently they find it offensive). What!?!?! They take the bottle to the kitchen and refill your glass back there. Right. On top of that I was able to make the following observation.....as I stated the restaurant is frequented by many patrons of middle-eastern descent. So many, in fact you'll find you're in the minority if you're caucasian. No big deal to me until bit by bit started to notice they get preferential treatment. Maybe it's because they're regulars, I can't say for sure, but on the last few visits middle-eastern patrons that were seated near us after we were seated got their food earlier and received better service than we did. First time was noticeable, second time suspicious, third time and I was done. It's a shame as the food is pretty good, but I won't be made to feel like a second class citizen in my own country. The college kids that are there to hang with their friends and smoke don't seem to notice it as they likely feel the place is "hip", but this taxpayer a savvy social observer sure as hell did and didn't like the...

Came here for a date night with my husband. I did appreciate the fact they stay open late and the outside decor setting was unique and made you feel like your in the Middle East. Right away though the waiter led us outside to the patio, even though that’s what we had in mind before we came but it was strange to not at least give the option of indoor seating but maybe because there was a lot of people playing cards and dominoes. Our food came in paper plates and drinks in disposable cups which was strange and definitely not worth the price they charge. The service was ok but our waiter didn’t have a note to write our orders and was just walking around with a garbage bag collecting the disposable paper plates and cups. Salad was good it had a different spice to it. The food was ok we ordered shish tawook, but the rice wasn’t too great. The coffee was good and so was the fresh smoothie, but again the price at the end for us turned to be $60 dollars and for serving in disposable plates and cups seemed a little over. Overall, we would probably come here again because we did appreciate the outside setting just be aware it may not be much of a family place because of the hookah smoking atmosphere.

Food was absolutely amazing. Service & atmosphere completely lacking. I ordered ice water & my boyfriend Dr Pepper we were brought canned/bottled drinks after being told they were from a fountain. We ordered an appetizer that we never received, no apology, no acknowledgement of the mistake, heck our "waiter" didn't even come back to the table after dropping off our food. We should have known after having to wait 15 minutes to be acknowledged/given menus that the restaurant was not worth it. It truly felt that we were being ignored due to be Americans....the customers of other nationalities were actively attended to & engaged with. Absolutely disappointing. I'd give it zero stars except the food was REALLY good.

BYOB but They charge $10 per person to drink your own alcohol. CRAZY. Took forever to get a waiter. They were out of 4 of the 6 things we ordered. No meat/spinach pies. No actual plates? All of our things were served on disposable plates and bowls. This is paper cost. Why not use reusable eatery? We ordered the fried tomatoes which took 30 minutes and weren't fried at all.. see the photo. It is tomato stew. Just bizarre experience. Where is Samir?? His restaurant is not being managed well and ran into the ground!
