TLDR; Shopping experience was quite good. It was quick and easy, even for someone like myself who didnt know too much having never been to a dispensary. Staff was helpful, and gummies good for the wife after surgery.
This place was nice. I liked the customer flow and think that it was very quick and simple to get what you needed; especially if you know what you want. There is a bunch of iPad kiosks which make searching and purchasing simple. I, though, didnt know what to get. I haven't smoked in agaes amd couldnt remember if it was Indica or Sativa which was good for sleep.
See, my wife recently had surgery and her brother had given her a couple weed gummies before the surgery. She had one beforehand before bed and it really knocked her out. So, she had her last one last evening and we needed more, so it was my duty to get some. Im a bit more comfortable shopping for this stuff, but i couldnt remmeber once i walked in. So, i asked the guy at the front for some help.
After he commented in disbelief that i have a wife (i look quite young lol and gave my card) he graciously helped me pick the right gummies and walked up to the final counter and made my purchase. I really appreciated his help.
Now with that being said, i think it could be a bit easier for noobs like myself. If there was a front counter and kiosks for the pros, i think that this would facilitate both crowds; and even for the pros who like conversation this would be good too. Just my 2 cents though.

However the attitude on one of the managers was unbelievably rude. One of her employees went to ask her about my question for a product I just purchased. Before she even approached me, she yells āWhatās going on here? Your vape donāt work or something?ā Like sheās making an announcement to the whole store. So much for discretion. Mind you I was going back because my product seemed used. I have an experience with overdose and I like to be sure but instead of leading with reassurance about the item she says āI canāt have you opening up every vape and trying itā. She was extremely defensive, but I suppose she got what she wanted. I left with the original item and she went back to socializing or whatever she was doing.
I couldnāt recommend this place more because of the products and staff, but this experience sucked. Iām not going to lie. Yāall need to keep her...

I do not know her name but she is rude both to the employees and customers. Their crappy reward program offers merchandise at different ātiersā which when inquired about, the manger seemed disgusted to give any of the items. This situation happened TWICE! I waited patiently for a sweatshirt they didnāt have in my size, after months of waiting I found one and brought it up the counter, the employee asked her for help and she rudely says across the room ā are you a VIPā? - THEN comes behind the counter and says oh no this is ācustom hoodieā you have to pay the difference! I can go on but after my last interaction with her I promised to never shop there again. Now I drive an extra 30 minutes out of my way to keep my promise out principal.
