Terrible customer service I made my first purchase back in March, it was a mystery box and I requested an item which I did receive and was super happy except it came broken.. I messaged the email never got a response. I got a response on their Instagram after messaging several times but never was reimbursed or sent a replacement item which was promised. Before this shipment had came (I live in Australia) I had made two live orders on Instagram, the item was said to be in my live orders but it wasn’t. It also states in her live rules to pay invoices within 48 hours otherwise you get a ban but I had to pester her to even get my Invoice which is very unprofessional. It also took them two 1/2 months to ship both live orders even tho I’m not sure why.. I asked to combine my orders as they ended up both not being sent and to save on shipping and it was called “an open box” I kept following up and not getting a response even tho the owner was active posting and even putting other people’s messages/ stories on her own story so I assumed I was being ignored. I had to constantly follow up which is not how a high paying customer should be treated overall I had spent over $1700 in AUS $$ on my crystals. When it was taking months for it to come I explained how long it was taking the owner said it had been shipped, I kept asking for proof and got none and than got told oh wait no it hasn’t I’ll set an alarm to remember. She kept forgetting until she finally sent my items after constant reminders and pestering of me. She claims she was very behind on orders but continued to do these live sales, go away to Tucson and not have enough staff. Overall she did offer to give me extra gifts for my troubles and her crystals are beautiful but how long everything took and her customer service and unprofessionalism I will not be...

Beyond disappointing. Minimal selection. Over priced items or lack of pricing entirely… There are better small businesses in the area to support. This is not one of them.

As a local resident who has been living out of state, I’ve been waiting to visit this shop since it opened as a follower of Paola on IG for 3+ years. I’ve had my eye on 2 large amethyst pieces (that I’ve inquired about on IG but received minimal response). While I was in the area I stopped in to make a purchase with a budget of $800. The pieces (that have been there since opening day) had no price tag. Asked the “kid” managing the shop for price, he said he’d ask & took a photo (assuming to ask Paola or Paul - why you don’t have a sales associate that knows the prices I have no idea but it’s not my business)… so I browsed while waiting for a price… Saw a couple candles I was interested in, but yet again there were no prices on candles (marketing and business 101! Make shopping easy for customers!). Knowing the candles are hand made, I was pretty disappointed in the quality of the candles. Labels were sloppy. Clearly not made with pride or love. Trashy junk… …Entire shop was bare, very limited selection of crystals, no variety. Again, huge disappointment. … after 10+ minutes with nothing to look at and never receiving a price of inquired crystals, I left with nothing and money to spend somewhere else… I will never...

I can’t believe I am just now coming across this shop. The vibe in this place is amazing and the woman that helped me on the floor was extremely nice, knowledgable and encouraged me to ask questions if I had them. Most of the items in the shop have very good descriptions of what everything is/represents, so absolutely baby witch friendly. If you’re not into the craft, then you will still find many great items or gifts for friends such as zodiac candles! What is also great is that they let you shop without hovering over you at all. When I was done, the woman that rang me out made sure I wasn’t overpaying, as she noticed one of the items was accidentally overpriced. They pulled all of those items off the shelf immediately to change the price tags.
