I wish I can give zero star but I can’t so I went inside the guy look to me in garbage up down tell me without asking me if you want help I was looking to my phone to get code when I look the guy told me return I said yes he was look to me up go down he was such a weird guy The machine not working and they told me to wait I was waiting 5 minutes and another guy ignored me taking another customer I left then I told my son to get inside for this box returned while I was shopping in another store The guy open my box told my son we can’t return it I don’t know why what’s the reason that he open my box it never happened to me before he opened I wish if I have time to call the police about the guy open my box I will never get back here actually that’s the first and last I will go here super zero star and super lier there super stupid people I wish if I have a time to call the police about ghe...

I needed a simple tax form, which showed they had 11 online. I called in advance, and they told me they had it. When I went there, the guy at the counter just pointed me to a general direction of the store. I went back to where the tax forms were in the form was not there. I asked another lady in the area and she said she has no idea and to talk to the guy at the front counter. The guy at the front counter was no help at all, just abrupt and rude. After walking back-and-forth from the front counter to the back part of the store, looking for the form and asking everyone, I realized no one was going to help they just kept directing me to another person and we’re all short and rude....

Pretty bad experience. I went there around 4:50 to the fax machine. The employees in the area were held up by other customers. I went to the fax machine to fax 8 papers. I put in the number of the place in the machine and faxed the stuff. However, it took one paper one by one and gave 8 receipts. I was charged $12.78. This was not fair. They never even wrote the price on the machine and charged me way too much money for 8 papers for the same location. When I asked about it, they just 'sorry.' I should have just refused to pay the money...just the 1.49 cents and the tax. Such a rip-off and not even helpful. Worst customer service ever. I'll never go back...
