Consistently continues to be THE worst Chipotle location I have ever been to! And yet, I've kept giving it another chance. Well, this was the last time. This is the closest store to us and used to be our.go.to, but for the last 2.5 years it's just declined steadily and quickly in quality, product freshness availability, service and overall cleanliness. The last time my brother and I came here, the experience was so bad that I was THIS close to writing a review. The gentleman who made our food was having a bad day, made obvious by his awful attitude.g To add insult to injury, the food didn't even taste good! They were out of some key ingredients and the bowls just tasted dry. We had promised that time we'd never come here again, it was such a disappointment. But sometimes you're just in the mood for some 'Chipotle right? So we found ourselves there again Tuesday evening. Upon entering, we were happy to see only 2 people online as we were hungry and were expecting more of a line. As we began to wait, we quickly realized that there was only ONE person working the line and the register and one guy slicing meat in the background. After about 10min, we hadn't moved an inch. And it was clear as day that the gentleman working the line did not care to even make it look like he was trying. The customer in front of us, gave up and just left. After about another 10min, it was my turn. As I began to order, the Chipotle employee stops me and says "we aren't taking.any orders right now, our computers are down. Unless you've already ordered online and can show me you paid, I can't help you". I could feel my anger level start to bubble. So he had me standing here for nearly 20min waiting to be served and couldn't TELL ME about this because???? Sadly, I knew the answer to that question, he didn't care to! I asked if I could possibly leave cash for my orders and they can enter them later on when the system was back up. I tried to figure out ANY solution, other than just leaving without my food. I finally politely asked if there was for a manager because everything I was trying to suggest he "didn't know" if he could do. A manager never appeared. Instead, another worker appeared from the back and said "he thinks" one of the computers is back online. Worker #1 asks "should I take orders now?" To which worker #2 replies "I don't know I guess". I was relieved to hear that at least they were going to try! At the same time, where WAS management, who was steering this ship? WAS that guy that came out from the back a manager?? Who knows?! I was hungry and ready to finish in there. As we began to make my first bowl, i quickly found out that they were, once again, out of multiple ingredients No peppers, no corn, no mild sauce- ingredients that are key to making my bowl complete. I completed my 3 bowls, disappointed as ever. As I was paying, i asked for a drink. And then, like putting the metaphorical icing on the cake, I was told the drink machine was broken and not working!!!! That was the last straw. Let me not fail to mention the general lack of cleanliness of the the area, the drinking fountain and all around the food. Considering and taking into account the general wait time, that the 3 bowls I purchased were all missing 3/4 ingredients each, the inability to get a drink and the horrible service, the LEAST they could.have done is apologized, maybe even expressed a bit of care and concern and possibly even given us a couple of dollar's in savings (for example not charged for the guacamole???) Instead I paid the the total of $44 and left completely disappointed, yet AGAIN!! I can only hope that this popular location gets back on the right track because I do not want to drive farther into Danbury just to get a decent bowl of Chipotle. But truth be told, I don't think I'll ever find out if they get back on track because I will not be wasting any more of my time and money coming back to take...

Over the last several months there is an obvious staffing issue and there is never more than three people working at once and to get even one entree takes forever and they are usually missing at least one or two things. The food is never good nor does it look appetizing whenever they are not out of it and the soda machine has not been working for as long as I can remember. The service has been consistently rude and unapologetic for failing to provide service. Today when I went to pick up my food they said that they didn’t have the people to be able to fulfill my online order and refused to make my food. Then, after several minutes of discussion, they then asked me to just go to the back of the line (which was fairly long) and that they would make my food or call and cancel the order. At this point my food had been overdue by at least fifteen minutes. I ordered online for a reason and did not have the time to wait for the line, so I had to leave and cancel the order and get my refund online. Luckily I knew what to do because this is not the first time they have done this to me.
Long story short, if you want Chipotle, go to the one on Newtown rd in Danbury. This one is not worth your money and especially not your time. Because in the end, both...

Once we got our food, we went to fill our drinks and get utensils to eat with. There were no forks, there was no ice and all the juices were empty. Instead of restocking, employees were standing around on their phones and talking to each other. I watched one female employee give an attitude to 3 different customers after they asked for forks. If she would have restocked them after the first customer told her they were empty, no one else would have bothered her for one. The same girl was helping a doordasher with their order, but something was messed up and she loudly let everyone know by yelling something about no pollo asado on the online options. It was weird and super unprofessional. While the ice machine sat empty, I observed a tall, male employee with his pants sagged very low, saunter over to the drink machine and refill his own soda. He could have very easily brought a bucket of ice with him, but he didn’t seem concerned. I can’t imagine a manger was on duty because the employees definitely had a speaker with their own music playing in the back because I could hear it over the music playing from the restaurant speakers. Not sure who’s in charge of this location but your employees are in desperate need of some more training, some leadership, and some...
