Weirdest return experience ever! I returned two packaged sets of Sea Salt and Pepper grinders, $9.99 each. These grinders were NOT USED. The sales associate non stop shook the packaging and repeatedly questioned me if I used them because some Sea Salt looked missing. The salt grinder visibly contained about 1inch less than the pepper grinder. I made the huge mistake of saying I was returning them because “they’re poor quality” now the woman processing the refund thinks I actually used a portion of salt. I judged the quality based on the amount of plastic they contained, not performance. She made me feel terrible. Like I was trying to break the rules and return something used. It was embarrassing.
