Nordan Shopping Center — Local services in Danville

Much quicker getting in & out of here than the Super Walmart when buying groceries or pharmacy needs & personal hygiene products. Personally I hate going to the Super Walmart as when one has mobility issues there's just to much walking to make shopping very pleasant. Also at night self checkout is closed and the majority of time you have one or possibly two cashier's working with horrendous lines to wait in. To show customers they appreciate your business they should have one cashier watching over self checkout lines where 5 or 6 people can check themselves out not make long lines to wait in and customers walking out leaving behind items they was willing to buy from frustrations with slow moving long wait times and lines. So yeah I drive extra miles to go to Neighborhood Market Walmart to do most of my shopping unless it's not items they sale I choose the Mall instead. Hope this helps those that feels the...

We only shop here due to lack of options in the area. The shopping experience is always frustrating and I would NEVER recommend getting produce from here if you can avoid it. Their policies on womens cosmetics and a variety of other items are very inconvenient and the employees often treat everyone like they are trying to steal. Perhaps that is no fault of theirs however, because again, its not the best place, so they likely have to deal with a lot of shoplifters etc. But still, that does not excuse treating everyone like a bad person.

In summary, if you need something in a pinch, its quick and relatively simple. But for serious shopping? Avoid it. Produce is often molded or wilted. Meats are overpriced and even locked up with wire etc. Atmosphere is unpleasant. I am hopeful that one day things will turn around there, but unfortunately it...

The parking lot has more stop signs than a small town, but theres a ABC store so if the parking lot drives you insane, you can bounce back with a few shots of bourbon (@ home, don't drink and drive my fellow nutbars) the gas station at this location is a good place to get cheaper gas, fountain drinks and cigarettes. I give it 3 stars because theres a low income housing facility across the street that causes the Walmart to lock down everything with anti theft devices because the hoodlums from across the street steal from the place so often...the shopping center lot used to be a great place to skate if your a skateboarder but...
