Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Danville

I went to the Piney Forest location last night and ordered a pepperoni pizza and a large supreme. I was leaving to run a quick errand while my pizza cooked. An employee ran out and told me that they did not have onions or green peppers and asked if it was anything i would like to substitute for lack of toppings. I asked if they could just give me an order of crazy bread to make up for lack of toppings and was told yes that was fine. I paid over $20.00 for this order. When i returned they handed me one pizza and the crazy bread. I asked where the supreme pizza was and they didn't make it. Tried to replace the pizza with one order of crazy bread. I told them i still wanted the pizza that a $4.00 order of crazy bread is no substitute for a $10.00 plus pizza. They said that they would make it for me so i had to wait. I got my pizza and went home and they took an already made pepperoni pizza and just threw the other toppings right in the center of the pizza and that was it. The added toppings were cold and the crazy bread was hard as a brick. I have not been able to get anyone on the phone about this. I WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN!!! This was the worst seevice i have ever recieved from this location. It doesn't even deserve the one star i gave it to write...

Came by and ordered the new pizza they had today. It was raw. I’m currently pregnant and took a bite out of the pizza and threw up afterwards. Went back to just buy another pizza. Didn’t want to have any problems trying to get it replaced. I tried to call and place an order over the phone called 5 times never answered the phone once. When I went back to purchase a new one a guy who was standing outside who works there talking to it seemed like one of his friends. He came up to my car and asked if I had already placed an order I had said no. He asked what was I wanting I told him what I wanted which was the pretzel crust pizza and got told and I quote “we don’t make those after 8pm”. I work at another little caesars as a manager. Which I didn’t say anything but okay. There is no time frame on making a certain pizza as a manager at another location of little Caesar’s there is never a time frame for only certain pizzas. It makes me feel bad writing a bad review for little Caesar’s but it’s just this location that has problems. I will not be returning and letting higher ups know along with cooperate. Day...

This was probably the worst experience I’ve had at any Little Caesars. The food was fine, which is why I gave the two stars. However, the employees were having some sort of verbal spat during my time in the store. She needed change, but instead of giving her change right away the gentleman at the cash register walked away and participated in whatever conversation was happening in the kitchen. Then returned to give change from the register and give me the pizza, crazy bread, and crazy sauce I ordered. The rest of the items were missing, but the gentleman had disappeared to the kitchen again to take part in that discussion, returned and I inquired about the rest of my order. I couldn’t understand him while he was talking to me, but could hear what was said while he yelled at the employees in the kitchen. I finally just grabbed the other sauces and 2 liter that I ordered and left. Very unprofessional. I understand these staff spats occur sometimes, but they should be kept to when customers are not in the building. Will not be ordering from this...
