Date of Visit: 5/11/25, around 5:00–5:30 PM Issue: Poor service, lack of professionalism, and disappointing food quality
I stopped by this afternoon to pick up an online order placed earlier in the day, around 5 or 5:30 PM. When I entered the store, there were two employees—one male and one female—sitting in the corner booth. The male employee was leaned in very close to the female employee, who was licking her fingers while eating. I stood at the counter for several seconds without any acknowledgment. They continued their conversation and didn’t move until I turned and looked directly at them. At that point, the female employee finally asked, “Did you place a pickup?” I said yes, and without getting up, she just pointed to my order sitting on the shelf. No greeting, no offer to assist—just a dismissive gesture.
I grabbed the bag and left because I was in a rush, but when I got home, I found multiple issues with the order. First, the hot honey mustard that was meant for my boyfriend was put on my 3-year-old son’s pepperoni dipper, which made it too spicy for him to eat. We had to prepare something else for him, which was frustrating and disappointing.
Then I got to my own meal. I’m currently on a special diet for liver health, so I was looking forward to the salad I ordered with extra rotisserie chicken and spinach. Instead, I found a bowl that was barely half full with almost no spinach or lettuce—definitely not what I paid for. The portion was small, the ingredients sparse, and overall it looked like it had been carelessly thrown together.
This experience was extremely disappointing—not just because of the incorrect and poorly prepared food, but also because of the lack of professionalism and attention to customers. The employees seemed disengaged and unconcerned with providing even basic service. Read moreOrdered online. When my wife picked up the order they only had wheat bread. When she got home they left out half the order. I've been calling for 30 mins to get my money credited back and no one will answer the phone. I don't know why it's so hard for people to do their job!!

These restaurants have lost their minds. Just ordered off the website since we got gift cards. Food was $22. They charged me $15.50 in fees and taxes. Almost $40 for $20 worth of food.
Never again subway. That should be against the law.
