I waited to ask a question. The staff member behind the register didn’t say a word to me for what felt like 5 min. As she talked to an old friend. I thought I was being patient but decided to walk away. Another guest walked up to the register at that moment and was helped immediately. I thought it was rude but tried not to take it personally. So I went back up to ask for an item. I’m happy to say they had it. The staff member was really helpful at that time. We stop here each time we are in Canaan Valley. They keep a pretty fresh selection of apparel and stickers. The quality of their merchandise is pretty solid. We discovered this place in 2021, and the shirts we purchased at that time have not faded and are holding up nicely. Also, the stickers purchased and placed on the Jeep and the kids' water bottles remain in place and look like they were just slapped on. This shop is newish (2 years old) and a great addition to the Davis-Thomas shopping options. There are high-quality and interesting local-themed t-shirts and sweat shirts, water bottles, and refrigerator magnets plus socks and camping/hiking gear.
