Stopped here with a couple friends for a morning coffee. Didn’t expect much in a small town, however when we walked in, the older lady was chatting with the couple before us in line. As time passes, a few more people join the line and I looked down and realized it’s been like 10 mins since they started talking. Older lady had no sense of urgency and kept looking at the line like “whatever I don’t care let me finish talking.” She didn’t even stop to greet anyone as they walked in. When it was my turn to order, she was extremely rude and unhelpful. When I ordered my drink, she asked if I wanted whole milk, I said no and asked her what else she offered because their menu board was so organized and overwhelming to look at along with having me having poor vision, she rudely pointed to her menu board and said, “what we have is here,” even though she could’ve just gave me options. It’s crazy because one of my friends that could see noticed they had a sign on their menu board to tip them. I really wanted to support locally and tip them (and I actually did) but I’m started to think I shouldn’t have due to the lack of service provided. I didn’t have a problem with the quality or taste of the drink. It was actually quite good, however, I don’t think that makes up for the poor treatment we received. Would I go back even though the drink was good? ABSOLUTELY NOT. I’d rather support the other surrounding businesses that were actually nice and welcoming. I recommend you go somewhere else and avoid this lady...
Read moreThis little coffee shop is a gem! My husband and I were passing through town and I swung in there to grab some coffee and it was incredible. If you are a coffee fanatic like me, you will absolutely adore this place. If you are a coffee drinker that drinks at Starbucks or a large corp in America, keep rolling. This place is for the real coffee drinkers. They have a ton of different flavors including seasonal. They're beans are made locally and they sell local beans. Their teas are exquisite! There is such a large variety of flavors that I wasn't sure which to choose. I ended up with a large ginger bread hot coffee and wish I had bought 2!!
The staff were amazing and answered any questions! I spoke to one of the owners a d she was super nice along with a younger staff member that made my amazing coffee. (Clearly Tim H that has posted a bad review below is a "Karen" and probably visits starbucks daily.)
Trailhead coffee has gained a new...
Read moreCoffee was really good. Service? Meh. The barista was really fast and made great drinks, but he didn't seem to like people being in the shop. When our family of 4 first entered, we were told that only 3 could go in. No biggie, but it could have been said nicer. Then when I ordered my mocha cappuccino, I was corrected by the barista and told I meant latte. Nope. Cappuccino. I know the difference. After our drinks were made, I complimented the barista on his speed, and again, gruff response that they have to be to get people out of the store. I get it. Covid has people nervous. I have had it and lost a family member to it, but a little kindness goes a long way. That being said, my cappuccino was wonderful, but I doubt we will return. Doesn't seem like our business was wanted or...
