I friend and I visited this store yesterday and when we walked in there were two employees sitting on the couch. Neither one acknowledged us or even looked up and made eye contact. I had found a crochet coverup up I liked and mentioned to my friend that I liked a pair of boots after trying them on. She asked how much they were and I stated they didn’t have a price tag. We were standing about 8-10 feet from the employees during this conversation and neither of them offered to help or provide any insight. After saying I was going to buy the crochet top, my friend pointed out that the employees kept turning around and staring at us pretty much the whole time we shopping and acted as if we were going to steal. I noticed this after she said something and it was very uncomfortable. I decided to put the clothes back and leave. As we left both employees were looking at their phones and my friend said “bye thank you” and neither one looked at us or said anything. After being repeatedly ignored the entire time I said “thanks for the customer service”. I’ve never left a review anywhere in my life, but I’ve worked in customer service for over 8 years and have never been treated liked that. Both of us were absolutely appalled. I have been visiting Davis and Thomas for almost a decade now and we always stop at the local shops. It was my friend’s first time visiting, so i was quite disappointed. Neither one of us will be returning.

Displays, energy and items in store are exceptional, shame the red haired lady behind the counter was SO rude. We said hello upon entering, she ignored us and kept crocheting. Never engaged us, except when she immediately came over and put back items I was looking at and hardly moved. She did it so soon after my browsing that it felt she was making a point that I had inconvenienced her in some way. Lol. Very off putting. Would have spent bank in there if that didn't...

Absolutely the most adorable shop in Davis! Such a variety of items for your closet or home. Many handmade items as well. I was able to find gifts for my entire family. Great selection of fun books too! The store was not only a gem but the lady that worked there was super nice and helpful. She even had some great recommendations for us during our stay.
