Circle K — Local services in Dayton

I hate the robot that rings you out. I get things that are behind the counter. so I get help from the workers and then they immediately walkaway to continue to stand around and converse with each other about some sort of work drama that happened the other day. Meanwhile I struggle with the bill accepter. I really don't understand why there is two employees to microwave sandwiches and occasionally hand people cigarettes. Is it that hard to hand out a pack of smokes and then ring out the customer ? I truly feel like they are trying to make their jobs obsolete. No reply necessary I'll adjust my feedback if things get adjusted but I can't see myself going in too...

The new manager of this store is absolutely terrible. while her only other employee in the location is running around looking for items that are not stocked up for customers waiting in line she is standing leaning on the doorway of the office heckling customers in line calling them ignorant stupid and annoying and telling them not to come to her store again. While conditions have improved since I last reviewed this place a year ago, you need to more clearly delineate between regular and specialty donuts, as I was just charged this morning for a plain cake and plain yeast ring as though they were specialties. They are literally the simplest donuts you offer. I can understand a premium charge for iced buns, bowties, cream-filled, and seasonal options, but plain yeast and an iced cake do not meet...
