Installer Could not get the steering wheel control adapter to work with the steering wheel controls. Installer ran the USB connector for the phone out the side panel of radio housing instead of reconnecting it to the USB port that is located in the middle console. All the speakers now have a hissing static noise that come from them. There were no issues with this sound system or its control until after the installation. This absolutely was a terrible install and I'm now having to pay another company to fix these problems. Tint yes....maybe, Audio Noooooo//// store credit isn't a good accommodation for a place you'd rather not go back to, the discount on labor was 20 off for the staggering flat rate 200 (100 perhr) which yes I was not mad about because I was expecting quality. Which was not delivered ,yes you were very happy to not charge me for the adapter that turned out to be the wrong model for that car (yes the older one would have worked and did) ...... the new installer fixed the issue with the console USB that you disconnected by reconnecting it to the stereo, fixed the hissing in the speakers by doing what he proclaimed just to be a "just a better wiring and grounding job" and also the back up camera works like it did before it can be seen while the car is in Park and reverse and not just in reverse..sooo yea guess it wasn't the speakers or the radio or the cars fault and this sux because I really did like the hat you gave it me.....once again car 100% worked fine before I dropped it off and not when it...

When Charlie attempted to tint my Tesla Model 3 he had contamination in the front windshield and had wrinkles and also had wrinkles on the sunroof. They said the job would be done in four hours but it took him all day to try and figure out the rear window because even though he says he’s tinted the Tesla rear window in one piece it’s not true since he pulled the film off the back windshield and in the process pulled the rear defroster removing the film multiple times. Which caused me to have to get the whole rear window replaced Thankfully he paid to replace it but wasted time and money going with this guy. So I wouldn’t waste my time...

Went to get the tint removed and replaced on all my car windows they charged about 200 less than I was expecting to pay for it, came with a lifetime warranty and they were super understanding when I had to reschedule. Went to pick the car up and mentioned wanting to get the radio replaced and they did that too also much cheaper than expected the install looks like it belongs and the radio functions great and the new tint looks fantastic definitely will be returning for...
