Online shoppers beware! I read these reviews before I placed my order online, and I still decided to give this business a chance. Unfortunately I should have listened to those whose awful experiences mirrored my own. I would say that if you have a reasonable expectation of good customer service, you should definitely go elsewhere! Hereâs whyâŠ
6/16 Order placed 6/22 Order shipped 6/25 Order received 6/28 I emailed Wendy to let her know the boots werenât going to work for me, and I asked for her help returning or exchanging them. No response. 6/30 I followed up with her again, as I had received no response to my email. Again I told her I needed to return the boots and asked her if she needed to give me some type of return authorization. No response. 7/2 I followed up with her again, as I still had not received any response from her. I indicated I would be returning her boots on my own dime and asked her to issue me a refund when she receives them. 7/2 She finally sent me a return label. 7/3 I sent the boots back. 7/3 Wendy sent me an email letting me know that two other gals were trying to find me some boots that I would like. Obviously she wasnât listening to me, as I had requested a refund at that point. She also asked me to confirm receipt of the return label she sent me. 7/16 I followed up with her again as I had checked my credit card statement and had not yet seen a credit to my account. No response. 7/19 I followed up with her again and basically asked her why she was refusing to answer my emails. I stated once again that I have shipped her boots back, and all I want is a refund. Still no response.
This has been an extremely frustrating experience, as over two weeks have passed since I returned the boots. Itâs now 7/21⊠I still havenât been given a refund, and Wendy wonât respond to my emails.
UPDATE I just checked my PayPal account, and you did eventually issue my refund. Thank you! Wendy, I believe you have me confused with someone else because this simply did not happen⊠ââŠour staff spoke and corresponded with you several times in attempt to help you find boots that would work for you.â This experience was very frustrating.    Read moreI ordered a bit on June 24, 2019. My credit card was charged that day. On June 28 the order status was changed to "awaiting shipment." Days and days passed, and I sent several emails. with no reply from them. Finally, I called. Was told item was back ordered. I would not have placed the order if I had known that when ordering. I asked if it had been ordered from the manufacturer. I was told it had been. A week later, I called again, and was told it had not been ordered yet. I asked if it could be drop shipped from manufacturer. Emphatic NO, can't be done. I was promised that when it came in, I would be called and it would be shipped out the same day, priority, to make up for my wait. On July 19 I sent email and messages to cancel my order. On July 24th I received a message from them: "Hello We have the bit in would you like me to ship it out today. If not we can issue the refund on this order. Sorry about the delay. Thanks Brittany" I told them to go ahead and send it, priority mail like they promised. Next order status change was that mailing label had been printed, on July 24th. On August 3rd it was FINALLY actually shipped, not priority. Arrived to me on August 7th, 2019. So, from order to receipt was 45 days. Door to door, their store to my home is 124 miles. I could have walked down there and back in a month and a half. I am disgusted and will NEVER buy from them again, nor will I ever recommend them. Extremely poor customer service.    Read moreIf I could give this business zero stars, I would. Worst online shopping experience I have ever had. I ordered a pair of boots for my boyfriend a month ago and they have not shipped. The order I placed is almost $300, I am a college student working 2 jobs, so that is quite a bit of money for me. I have emailed Wendy multiple times and have yet to get any type of response. My boyfriend called the store and the girl who he spoke to seemed to have no clue what was happening. She said Wendy was out of the store (which, after reading the reviews, seems to be a frequent occurrence) and that they had emailed me an update regarding my order (which they never did, I have been eyeballing my emails like a hawk waiting on a response). The lady my boyfriend spoke to told her that they had shipped (I never received any type of confirmation or tracking number) and then she told him that if they had not shipped by tomorrow we could discuss a refund. That makes zero sense to me if you just told him that they shipped. Maybe they will see this post and actually get back to me about issuing that refund. Extremely angry, disappointed, and upset.
