Absolutely fantastic experience! I called expecting to just find a good time to swing-by for a quote on a resonator/third muffler-delete, & ended-up having all the work done & back home in an hour & fifteen minutes! The helpful lady, who runs the desk. checked with someone about my request, & I was told that if I could come-on, they could take a look immediately. Can't ask for more, but it got better! Jimmy (who owns the place, I believe) almost immediately took my car around back, put it on the rack, & within minutes, gave me a price for the work. I heard he charges a fair price, but that's an understatement - it was a great deal, especially compared to what I was expecting. Jimmy said they could do the work right away, so I couldn't say no. He & his crew knocked-out the work in no time, but I could tell that they still paid great attention to it, b/c several people worked/looked at it. Whenever I decide to upgrade mufflers, &/or I need anything more done like this, I will be back without second thought. My car sounds great, & I can feel difference in power.

When you find an honest mechanic business, you first have a tendency to keep quiet about it. My first experience with these good folks was to get a new exhaust system installed on my truck. Jimmy discussed it with me and said, "I'll take care of it and you'll like it." Well, he did, and I do! I was impressed. So . . . I went back for a complete brake job, oil and filter change, and transmission oil and filter change. It was done in one day, and Jimmy even fixed a bad clamp on the power steering and a couple other things he found. I couldn't keep quiet when the work and the service is that thoughtful and good. I stopped to see about having some work done. I had already priced the job in another town but wanted to do business local. After I was quoted a price more than double I said they were way off. They offered to look at the car and give a more accurate quote, so I agreed. The owner then proceeded to say he was not sure how my converters (a muffler shop that does not know how converters work??) worked and still quoted me double the other out of town shop. After I politely refused he had the audacity to charge me $10 for looking at my car two minutes. They lost my business for good and if you are smart you will think twice before doing business with what I consider a rip off...
