This Autozone store has always helped me with finding the correct parts, and they even helped me with some installation advice. When I needed a mechanic to install some parts, they gave their recommendations of who to call. I have never had an issue with any of the employees there. I have seen other reviews about bad customer service, but it always seems that it is the customer wanting things or services that Autozone just cannot provide (such as installing an alternator or returning non-warranty damaged items). My advice is to know what vehicle you have (year, make, model, trim level, etc. - or the VIN number). This is my local store. I own older vehicles and do all of my own maintenance and repairs, so I visit this store often. The store is usually well stocked. If they don't have what I need, they can get it to me quickly within their network. Everyone at this store has been friendly and helpful, but I can't write this without recognizing Tina in particular. She makes this franchise chain feel like this store is her own private business. She goes out of her way to treat her customers with great care and customer service. She has very good general knowledge of this industry. She helps to make sure you get the most out of whatever promotion the store is having and makes suggestions if you may have overlooked any parts for the project you are doing so you don't get home and find yourself missing something. Well, to say I can be difficult at times is an understatement. Tina took the time and had the patience to work with me and get me the correct parts to resolve my vehicle issues! Super friendly and very helpful! Really, she is like the best thing since sliced bread. I won't go anywhere else when I need to get parts or have questions ! Great customer service even when the store is super busy. It's just a shame that every store can't have someone like her behind the counter!
