Amazing life enrichment program! The entire staffing team in this facility goes above and beyond to assist these residents with everything they need! They have fun! Their voices are heard! Their activities program is all based on things they enjoy doing and they choose the things they enjoy doing the most! Example! Recently some of them gathered and hand made this painting to send to Florida! To a very special friend of our facility! It’s a small town friendly facility that makes everyone feel welcomed and at home! The administration in this facility is top notch! This team is led by an administrator who is educated in multiple fields of long term care! And has the residents well being as her main concern! Decatur wellness & Rehab center! Is the best! My dad was there for rehab! And I could not have asked for a better TEAM of people to care for him! I totally recommend this facility...

I went to visit a friend who has lived there a couple of years. Her mind is clear. She is happy and well cared for. The nurses and nurses aides were smiling, included her in decisions of her care. The chaplain came by and you could tell he was no stranger and was pleasant and encouraging. The facility was clean and smelled clean. She stated to me she loved her nurses and care staff.
