I hate giving bad reviews... but I am not sure that I would want to try a third time even if I was completely compliant.

The first time we went in, we were told that we had to wear a mask even though we were fully vaccinated. Even though the employee was very rude about it, we understood and left.

A couple of weeks later, we decided to give them another chance. We were again told we had to leave, even though we wearing masks, because we had our puppies with us (that we were carrying) as we were walking around. There was no sign stating no animals. We were asked if they were emotional support animals and we could have lied, but felt that as 6 lbs each and 11 weeks old they wouldn't be a problem. However, we were told rudely that their insurance would not allow animals in the building.

It is not just that we were asked to leave it was the attitude that we were given with each interaction. Being new to town, I want to support local, but I cannot when I consistently experience that kind of attitude. I will unfortunately drive to Ft Wayne to buy my board games and supplies. Being a large family we buy a lot of board games and expansion packs and I was hoping to encourage my church to support them as well, but...

Store is requiring mask which is fine, but they won't have one available for you if needed. Somewhat ridiculous that it is hard to find parking and then told you need a mask and not offered one just to walk there then walk all the way back to wherever you had to park to get one. Most places requiring mask have some available to customers. Most of us are fully vaccinated and don't carry mask on us in Indiana at this point in time. So we returned with masks and was overwhelmed with the smell of mold in the store! I know it's an old building but that is an insanley potent mold smell. Mold aside the price of stuff is all over the place! Whoever prices the videogames does not know what they are worth. Billy hatcher for over 90 dollars is ridiculous, 60 on eBay. Used Nintendo switch for 329 (299 new at other stores). Save your money and just get your classic games online for a fair price. I live in New Haven but made the drive out based on the recommendation of a friend. I was pleasantly surprised by the shop. The attendant there was very nice and knowledgable. I didn't expect the store to have much but they were very well supplied for both table top and video games, as well as some other nice related odds and ends. The staff member there showed me the back room where they host gaming nights and have a TON of games available to try at no cost. On top of all of that their prices were extremely competitive and frankly I saw much better deals than I do at the more corporate shops in Fort Wayne.
