Target — Local services in Decatur

I placed an online pick up order on 12/14/2024 at the Decatur location. One of the items in my order was out of stock (it was a gift). I picked up the rest of my order that same day. 12/29 they still haven't released the amount paid for the out of stock item. Literally just holding my money for absolutely no reason at all and right before Christmas. I would think twice when placing an online order with Target. Personally, I won't be shopping here anymore bc there's no logical reason to leave a paid order pending for almost two weeks after cancellation or pick up. Unacceptable and...

I made an online purchase of a Boxer. The product did not work. Returned it to local store. We asked if they had a replacement and customer service person said she didn't know and would refund my credit card. Once that was done we shopped and found a replacement. I paid $69.99 for the product on line on December 19 but then had to pay $79.99 in the store for the replacement. Had it not been a Christmas present for my grandson I would not have made the purchase. It cost me $10 extra to return a product that didn't work and get a replacement. Very poor way to...

Wasted my time doing a price check here. I come here to buy every week. The staff was very rude over a game that I was trying to get. I WAS JUST ASKING FOR A PRICE THAT IT SHOWS ONLINE. They were rude telling me that go to GameStop to see if they give you that price :) (IS THIS A PROFESSIONAL ANSWER FOR A COSTUMER?) Everything was so wrong with this people.
