I placed an online pick up order on 12/14/2024 at the Decatur location. One of the items in my order was out of stock (it was a gift). I picked up the rest of my order that same day. 12/29 they still haven't released the amount paid for the out of stock item. We asked if they had a replacement and customer service person said she didn't know and would refund my credit card. Once that was done we shopped and found a replacement. I paid $69.99 for the product on line on December 19 but then had to pay $79.99 in the store for the replacement.
