I was looking to purchase a firm mattress and the associate in the store helped me find what she claimed to be firm with a plush top. It felt comfortable and firm with just enough softness where it’s doesn't move or shape your body at all. So I purchased it and the foundation and I received it a week ago. However when I receive the mattress it doesn’t seem like the one I tried in the store it is extremely soft when I lay on it, it sinks in and after 3 days my entire body hurts especially my lower back from it dipping in. I contact the store to tell them the issue and request exchanging the mattress for them to tell me no exchanges or return if you don’t purchase a mattress protector from them at the time of purchase. I inform the associate I was not made aware of this and it would have been very helpful to know this before making the purchase however the mattress and box spring are still in original packaging the plastic was never removed. Needless to say I’ve had the mattress a week slept on it 3 times and now I cannot exchange it, they don’t even check to make sure I even received the correct mattress or see if the mattress is defective. Bought a couch within 2 weeks of buying the new couch it started falling apart it has now been 6 months of dealing g with the warranty department and it is still broke the warranty department is very unhelpful and it takes a month to get someone to even come out to look at the furniture, I will never buy a couch from slumberland again. For an expensive piece of furniture and the extra warranty I pay for t ghb wy are doing nothing

Response to reply: the issue is not fixed I have called 2 times before your response and got no help. Called after your response and currently waiting for response. The technician did not fix it, there was still the same problem that very night after the technician left which was reported the next day when I called, was told it was noted in the report that it was still broke. This is a huge, beautifully laid out store , gorgeous furniture, absolute quality and tha prices r shockingly affordable! Tha sales accociates were extremely helpful and friendly, not a bunch of snobs like n some beautiful furniture showroom stores I've been n tha las year. I was greeted warmly , felt very comfortable, was shown my request and then store accociate left me to decide and look around , I Wasn't hovered over like prey pressured for a sale .
