They did a repair on my guitar and it was very reasonably priced, actually a little cheaper than guitar center back in the states would've charged. Also they got the repair done quickly and it was done really well. Plays good as new.

I was also highly impressed by their wide range of musical equipment and instruments they have available. For being a smaller guitar shop , they sure fit a lot in!

Lastly, the overall feel of the place. Hands down the best customer service experience I've had here in guam, actually one of the best customer service experience i've had in any guitar shop. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Everyone I talked to there , in my opinion, was clearly very passionate about music, which is a huge plus. I immediately felt welcomed as soon as i stepped through the door.

All in all, I highly recommend American Music Guam to anyone who has an interest in music, wither you're just beginning or are a seasoned advanced level player, American music probably has what you need. Keep...

Hospitality! Awesome! With smiles on all their faces! My wife and I was not only VERY SUPRISED but HUMBLED by the STAFF & MANAGEMENT. We were not AWARE of MESKLA hours of operation. MESKLA kitchen was closed 45 minutes prior to our ARRIVAL! Taking the slimest of chances possible I parked and got down. Asking if TAKE OUT was avaible. The waitress asked if i could standby while asked the HEAD CHEF. NOT EVEN A MINUTE PASSED! It was not ONLY A GO! IT WAS AN EXPERIENCE OF OUR ISLAND THAT WE CALL HOME!
