To add to the other reviews I wish too that I could give negative stars. As a customer that has dined at most restaurants on Guam. This place has to be hands down the worst dining experience on Guam and I’m not saying that lightly.
It took one whole hour to receive all our orders. The place was not crowded at all. There were maybe 15-20 people at most inside. We had also realized mid way through our dining experience that they left a previous customers hot tea pitcher on our table we had initially thought was a part of the tables spices and sauces. This place should be considered self service. The only time one of the waiters came up to us was to serve some of the dishes other than that they do not check up on you and they do not refill your drinks. You have to flag them down and ask, then wait additional time to receive your refill.
The food also was some of the most bland I’ve tasted. Their fried lumpia consisted of 90% unseasoned rice noodle and small pieces of unseasoned vegetables. Their fried chicken skin was just okay. A bit underwhelming as the rest of their dishes. The deep fried pork lacked a ton of flavor with some pieces that were a bit tough to chew on. You can tell there is a lack of love and thought put into the dishes.
The waitstaff is also highly confrontational when it comes to sharing reviews online so pls keep note of that if you plan to share your honest experiences of this place. Do not waste your money on this place. Spizys or even Arashi bowl in the same building have not disappointed us...
Read moreGrilled Fish and Fusion? More like Grilled Disappointment and forget the fusion
If you’re looking for flavor, decent service, or even just the bare minimum of hospitality, Grilled Fish and Fusion is the last place you should waste your time (and taste buds). I went in expecting “fusion” you know, something creative, bold, exciting? What I got was a plate of sad, food that tasted like it lost its will to live somewhere between the grill and the plate. Seriously, I’ve had more flavor chewing on a napkin.
Let’s talk about the wait. There were maybe three tables occupied in the entire place, but somehow I waited longer for my food than it takes to binge-watch a K-drama. You’d think with so few customers, the staff would be attentive. Wrong. I saw people literally flailing their arms like they were on a sinking boat just to get a waiter’s attention. And when they finally shuffled over, the energy was giving “I hate my life and you for making me work.” Not a smile in sight. Just pure vibes of “why are you even here?”
Fusion? Where? The only thing fused was my growing irritation and the flavorless misery on my plate. If bland had a home address, this kitchen is it. Honestly, it felt like I was being pranked like some hidden camera show was about to pop out and say “Gotcha!”
This place had one job too run a restaurant and they couldn’t even do that right.

Read moreI was skeptical to try Grilled Fish & Fusion because of the reviews, but I decided to give it a try myself and be the judge.
I ordered the grilled lamb skewers and grilled squid, the taste was really great, not bland at all, very flavourful and very comparable to the taste of bbq back home in China. The lamb was quite juicy and not dry at all, the squid was really excellent as well. The taste brings back old memories of eating BBQ at street side stalls in mainland China, and I can say that it taste exactly like the street side stalls in China.
If you try this restaurant, I recommend to go for the Chinese dishes, especially the BBQ ones. The taste was not bland, it was very flavourful, however mild spice was just a tiny...
