Ding Tea Guam — Restaurant in Tamuning Municipality

I've been coming to this estblishment ever since they opened on Guam, so for quite a few years now, and I was curious to see how many points I've racked up for all these years. I was told I had .50cents. Apparently, you get .50cent per visit/per day. So I asked the manager, MJ, how she can make things right, cuz I can provide them with my creditcard statments of the times I visited here and her response was the system is working fine because the other customers have credit/points. I told her that if they don't make things right with me that I will not be coming back and her response was, "That's your choice." I believe customer service is very important when running a business because if you have enough dissatisfied customers you will be losing business. One or two might not make a difference, but through negative feedback you could be losing potential customers as well. I hope that the owner reads this review and work on training their employees...

I really wanted to love this place but the quality of the drinks didn’t do much to improve the overall experience. One of the older employees was a bit aggressive with the staff and argued with them in front of customers, generally creating this like tense atmosphere. It was really uncomfortable to witness and made the whole place feel less welcoming. That same old lady also made my drink a few weeks ago and it came… clumpy to say the least. But overall this review comes from my experience with a certain employee… the business or store itself could learn to better educate their staff on respect and etiquette. So until then I’ll be getting my drinks...

Everything was going smoothly from lining up to ordering (the regs guy was nice) to getting my order. My order was good but it was in a different cup than the others so I think its just like that bcs it was my first time. As I was drinking the boba's good but I haven't a taste of the coocnut jelly. I thought to myself maybe its just in the bottom of the cup.
