If I could give zero stars I would. I have been on the fence about posting this but if helps just 1 person I'm good with that. I went in 2 days ago because my neighbor said they had at home Covid tests. I went to the Pharmacy and asked, and the girl said they didn't have any, and they haven't had any in over a week. I said are you sure. Because my neighbor just bought some here. She gave attitude and tried to pass the buck. The Parmacist then spoke up and said they didn't have any and I was wrong. Her name was Natalie I think. She said go up front maybe they have some. Really... On my way to the front a lady stopped me and said here is our Manager. He asked what the problem was and I explained to him what happened. He told me the employees had the right to hold product for themselves. At the same time another lady ran up and said she was the one who sold them but she was out. I said that's fine I will go to corporate and see how they feel about this. I told them they were wrong for doing something like this. People need these tests. She then ran behind the counter, held up 2 tests and said,"how many do you need"? I couldn't believe it. They stood there and lied straight to my face. I told her I only needed 2 because my wife tested positive and we wanted to monitor. I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THIS STORE AGAIN. Read moreI am writing to express my frustration with the consistently poor service I have experienced at your [location] pharmacy. My most recent visit was yet another disappointment, reinforcing my decision to take my business elsewhere.
Today, I waited at the drive-through for over 10 minutes while both the pharmacist and an assistant continued filling prescriptions, never acknowledging me. Despite being told twice that someone would assist me, no one did. This is not an isolated incident—this is the fourth time I have encountered unacceptable delays and disregard for customer service at this store.
As a result, I have chosen to switch to Amazon Pharmacy, even though I am now paying double. The cost is worth avoiding the ongoing frustration and lack of professionalism I have repeatedly faced at Walgreens.

Read moreI have never had the need for the pharmacy until recently to make an appointment for COVID vaccine and flu vaccine. I was informed by a Pharmacy employee that both vaccines could not be administered together. My knowledge is that both can be applied ( One shot to one arm ) And the other arm. I've spoke to individuals that have had it done. No side effects. So now, I'm concerned about the capabilities of the pharmacy. But overall, I have had years { Decades } of positive shopping experiences at every Walgreens! And the employees are helpful, courteous and pleasant. My end thoughts on reviewing: Keep in my that you don't know what a person is going through in life. Also, communication is key. Maybe that person misunderstood what you said or vice versa. Smile! It's free and maybe that's all that other person needs. Be compassionate. Most importantly, stop being a whiny, complaining self absorbed shopper! Live life! Be nice! People respond...
