I ordered online, 30 minutes later as my husband was about to pick up the order, they called me to say they were out of food to make the 4 subs we ordered. It was 5:30 pm! I still said, okay just credit my money back to my card. He said, "no problem". Well, PROBLEM. Turns out they cannot do that in store. You have to call their corporate office. So, 1 month, 3 phone calls and 2 emails later, I still don't have my money back and probably never will. I am totally disgusted with the lack of customer service on every front. Read moreI just went in to this Subway to pick up a quick sandwich for the road. There was one gal by herself taking care of a couple ahead of me. They paid and then another woman came into the store and started chatting with her about work hours and such while I stood there and waited. Then another girl brought out a rack of bread. The first gal looked at me and said you'll have to wait a bit longer as she emptied the rack of bread in front of me. She couldn't handle my order first? Someone needs to clue her in on customer service....
