I'm in the same situation as another reviewer. I understand that there are shortages and such, but c'mon. Ordered and paid in full for a storage bench in December 2021 and was told that it would be available in February 2022. Called in February to check the status, was told it would be available in April. Called in April and was told it would be available in June. Called mid-June and was told it would not be available until September. ENOUGH!!! Don't offer a piece of furniture for sale and not have it available, especially when I paid up front and in full. Looked on Amazon and found a comparable storage bench for $100 less. the only reason I gave them 2 stars is due to the outstanding customer service that somewhat made up for the other issues.
EDIT dropped to one star. After contacting Ashley furniture and physically going to the store to cancel the order, I was told that there would be a 30% restocking fee if I cancelled the order. WHAT?!? How in the world are you going to have the audacity to charge me a restocking fee for something that you don't have in stock?!? Demanded to talk with the manager. Representative went to find the manager and then returned stating that "Since it's been so long on order, the manager will waive the restocking fee this time". Read moreWe went to the Del Rio store to buy a box spring after having someone be extremely rude to my husband over at Bel's. We met Juan Costilla when we walked into Ashley's and he was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient with us. We ended up buying a new couch along with the box spring! We had planned on waiting to buy a new couch but he was just so helpful and the prices were decent! Juan wasn't pushy at all and was just extremely friendly and helpful. Even the cashier at the end was pleasant. Overall it was a great experience and I'm glad we walked into that store instead of looking for couches online that wouldn't have any kind of guarantee/insurance. Oh and if we brought our total up another $200 then we'd get $200 off so I basically got a large, good quality, 8x10 rug for free! I'm so excited to get them in...

We were met by Yvonne who walked the store with us and was patient with our questions. We found a set we liked but wanted to look around a bit more after finding out only the floor model was left. After doing research at home we went back the next day and worked with Yvonne again. We found a set we wanted but because our home is so far away we could not order it through that store.
