Caution , they sell broke/unusable items and will not allow return, exchanges nor will they even give you store credit! They Sold my family and I a broken kids bike less than 1-2 hours ago. Worst costumer service as well! We went in looking for a bike to leave here at a family members house as we left our in Austin where we live. We saw one at the store and my daughter sat on it (she couldnt ride it as there is no room since the shop is located next to a busy street). The employee Laura “carefully” wheeled it into the store. We paid, and Laura said do you add a warranty, I said no. In my head I wondered why would any one want a warranty on a use bike (if we broke it we would need a new one at that point, but otherwise I don’t see why you would buy a $5-6 warranty on a $25 kids bike that is already rusted). We load the bike up and head to run another errand. We get home unload and immediately my 8year old daughter gets on the bike. She is riding in our driveway and goes to turn the handle bars and the wheels don’t turn, the. The handle bar lifts straight off the bike!!!! Thank goodness she was only in our driveway!!!! The handbags where NEVER attached to the bike!!!! The handle bar were broke and completely rusted on the inside! I called and let the store know what happen and that we were just there! They said there is nothing they could do!!!!! I said you sold us a broken bike! They said that I should have bought the “warranty” and then I could have brought it back for store credit. They even said, well when you left here the handle bars were on the bike (yeah, not attached!)! Caution, Don’t but anything from here because they hide the fact that their stuff is broke and then say sorry you...

On the 19th of December I visited this pawnshop as I had a sudden need of extra cash. I brought gold rings and bracelets. All Swedish 18 k Gold except one ring 10 k. In Sweden 10 or 14 karat is not even considered gold and all gold is government stamped with a cat foot paw and 18k

During the past 20 years I pawned the very same items 5 or 6 times in Iowa. Montana and Florida. At EZ pawn I only needed $400 and I would have left ALL 9 items since I certainly planned to pay the loan 2 weeks later.

The 2 employees oth checked my gold and then the "heavy set" man came up to me and said the my gold was fake. Not real.no value.. the same gold items I had for well over 20 years.!!!! On top of it, the rudness I was given was the icing of the cake. NEVER AGAIN

I went to another pawnshop in Del Rio who checked my gold and out of the 9 items he gladly lent me $400 FOR ONLY 1 OF THE 9 GOLD ITEMS. He said this is sufficient so you don't need to leave more here. Friendly, respectful and very fair.

If you want the same great service go to VV pawn and loan on South Mainstream and stay away from this rude and insulting business..

I already have a layaway there in a very nice bracelet for $2500. A great price.

Wonder why I can't give e ZERO stars for these 2 gentleman's insulting and rude attitudes. They certainly don't deserve a 1 star

We stop by this store every time we are in town to make sure we aren't missing out on any deals. We found a portable ac unit (the kind that you use inside the house with a hose to the window), for a really great price in the summer when it was really hot.
