First, let me say how much I love the new popping Boba balls that Sonic puts in their drinks (by request). Second, they were fast! But the third reason means the most. I was so eager to drink my new Boba concoction that I accidently pushed the straw through the bottom of the cup. As I gripped the bottom to try to hold in this precious liquid, I got out of the car trying to maintain my calm as I looked like someone who just spilled a drink on my lap. Not one, not two, but three different people tried to help me as the first person ran back inside to get me a replacement cup for the sweet goodness slowly leaking out of my hand. It was a bad experience i order 3 med shakes n a Reese's blast and they took long to bring my order then on the screen it showed that my order was on its way by the girl not mentioning names well she took more then 5 minutes so she gets to my car and the manager calls her back that she had the wrong order for me i called and i talked to the manager to complain well she told me.
