Big Air Trampoline & Adventure Park — Attraction in Del Rio

I recently visited Big Air with my family, and we had an absolute blast! From the moment we walked in, the staff was friendly and welcoming. Taylor, the manager, was very helpful in explaining the passes they offer. The facility was spotless, and you could tell they take cleanliness and safety seriously, which was reassuring since I have littles. There are so many activities to choose from — trampolines of course, but also obstacle courses, dodgeball courts, foam pits, etc. Whether you're a kid or an adult, there's something for everyone. The trampolines are really high-quality, and the space is huge, so you never feel crowded. What really impressed me was the variety of options. The staff is also always around to keep an eye on everything. We didn’t get the chance to try out the food but look forward to trying it out next time. Big Air has been open for one week, and boy are we glad we purchased the annual pass! We love all 21 options for play, from the orbit, 3 basketball courts, the 3-level little kids obstacle jungle gym, gravity ropes, 2 ziplines, jousting, tube slide, the mechanical bull, and everyone's favorite, dodgeball, with fun referees included. The 3 rock walls are awesome and the tv game jumps are too, as well as the many trampolines. Our kids still don't want to leave after 3 hours of full play, 6 days straight! They are sleeping better, looking more fit, and spending less time on video games! We love the food options, at reasonable prices, especially with the membership discount! Great place to bring the kids and awesome atmosphere. Ordered food and didn’t get it. Luckily they were kind enough to refund me for the meal. Partial refund. Not that great. Edit: came for the 2nd time since the kids loved it. However they failed again at providing food in a timely manner. 1.5hrs for wings and fries seems…lol…. Unreasonable. Heard they took a while for food and yes I was waiting for my name to be called.
