Our experience with BEL Furniture has been a complete nightmare. We picked up our bedroom set on a Friday afternoon only to find out that we were missing the foot posts to the bed in order to assemble. Once we got home, we noticed that the mirror was chipped on both sides of the base and the dresser was cracked on the back board. We went Saturday afternoon to see how it could be resolved and were told to email pictures of the damages to an email address. We received a call the following Wednesday that the foot posts had arrived and our replacement mirror and dresser had also arrived BUT were the wrong color. We brought only the foot posts home and tried to assemble the bed but no luck because the rails were not aligning to the posts. We called to complain the next day but as the “manager” was not scheduled, he refused to give us a call to make things right. The manager did finally give us a call the next day and scheduled to come out to our home and figure out what the problem was, even though we had already told him what the problem was. He went, looked at the items, and verified what we had already told him. He said that he would have someone come out later that evening and replace our foot posts with the ones on the display bed. Those did not fit either. He said to call the manager the next day. We did and were told that they were going to have to order a whole new set. Then, they had the audacity to tell us that we would have to pay for this delivery as it was coming from a third party. After some back and forth, the manager finally agreed to waive the fee and we were to wait another week for our replacements. We were told we would have an entire new bedroom set. When the day for the delivery finally came, we were called and told that only the bed was being delivered and that the footboard that we were getting was coming damaged. We were then asked if it was possible to use the footboard we already had. We agreed to try and get this nightmare over with. Once the delivery guy from San Antonio got there, and they tried to assemble the bed, nothing aligned. We then called the store again to see what could be done and were told that the store manager was not in, again. After being on hold for a while, Maria came back on the line and told us that since the manager is not scheduled, he wouldn’t be giving us a call until the next day as he does not deal with customers on his days off. Read moreThis experience has been horrible we bought a king size bed set with drawers and everything drawers, Headboards and bed set. We received the all the furniture. When we were about to sit on bed and guess what boards were so shorts that a beam broke. We call the store and tell them the situation and they they tell around November 18 we would be getting new boards and guess what nothing happened so I called back and asked and stated that a lot people had that same that tells me they did a bad job on organizing what they were delivering. They state that December 19 they would be making a delivery for the boards and guess what again they tell us that since there was no delivery coming to eagle pass so they did not deliver so now they have to call corporate because they don’t even have the idea of where the boards or broken beam are coming do not buy from here you will lose your money, time and patience

Read moreStaff is rude. I ordered a bed set and they told me it would get here the 1st of February i never got a call back. I called them on Friday the third to ask for my order and the girl told me “it will be arriving sometime next week” i asked her nicely to cancel the order. And she said “ok”. I called back 5 days later(Yesterday) to ask about my refund because i had not received it. and whoever i talked to transferred my call to a manager and the manager told me that they had not started the process. She also mentioned that there was a 25% cancellation fee which i was not aware of because the guy who sold it to me did NOT tell me about it and when i had called the first time to cancel they did not mention it either. I went to the store to talk to the manager and she kept on telling me she was not going to give me my money back even tho they are the ones who BROKE THE CONTRACT BECAUSE THEY GAVE ME A DATE FOR MY FURNITURE TO ARRIVE AND IT DID NOT ARRIVE THAT DAY.
