Great customer service. I went in to this store to add my son to my account and get a new phone. I didn't know what I wanted there were several phones available that we're on a promotion the customer service rep was very informative gave me several options answered all my questions some of which I asked multiple times. He was very patient and didn't seem to be bothered in the least that I was taking a lot of his time fortunately there weren't a lot of customers besides me in the store at the time. You gave me information that I didn't know I needed and I learned a lot. I was able to get a phone, add my son to my account and learn a lot. I haven't witnessed or experienced this high level of customer service in many years and it was a really nice experience.    Read moreI am not from this town but this is the worst AT&T Store I have ever been to. Poor customer service if u have a defective phone that u just purchased. I have a brand new phone only have had it for 3-4 days so its within the 14 day period and the phone has a defective camera. They gave me the run around trying to charge me restocking fees and telling me a different story every time. I ended up going to the store 3 times to solve nothing just wasting time. I called the 1-800 number for at&t and spent 2 days on the phone and made more progress on the phone than in the store which is sad to say. The store acts like they want u to keep a phone u don't like or pay all these fees to switch because they know u only have 14 days to give the new phone back. This is also a small town with no competition for at&t stores so they are rude about exchanges and defective phones....
