Five points market — Local services in Del Rio

Customer service is exceptional, quality is also there. The reason for my 1* is as follows! With this economy I was looking for a bargain in feeding my son when he got off work, plus I was hungry so I got another for me! Now I said I’ll get a large fry so he and I can share. I got the $5 special. Which in any other establishment would be a regular burger! I got a slider size burger for $5!!!!!!!!!! I had to give my son both burgers in embarrassment that I was not notified how big the burgers were. And the large fries which unknown to me were $12!!!!! More than the dang burgers!! I think attention to detail is key. But when $5 burger special is not detailed, we should be told the burgers are for your toddlers not for a grown man! I hope future customers are given the common curtesy of what they are buying when they order. So they can actually decide weather they want to buy that for the same price they can get grown up food at let’s say SALAS?...

Worst customer service ever! Bought a $130 knife that was junk. Shipped it back for repairs in November. March 1st and still getting excuses. Not a single update from store. I had to call in every time. Fought for a refund and still got the runaround. Had to send a family member who lives locally to get my money back. Cute store. Better hope you don't need their follow up customer service. Once they have your money you don't exist. Nothing but excuses and stories. Stick to reputable stores that actually know what customer service is. Zero professionalism! Zero respect for...
