The first time I ordered furniture, it took nearly a month to get delivered. It wasnt until I called about 2 weeks in and they barely processed the order. Waited for almost a month, and they said delivery would take 2 weeks. Recently I made a purchase. A bed frame, and some lamps. Paid for delivery and said it was going to take 2 weeks. 2 weeks later, I called and they said that wednesday/thursday it should be delivered. Thursday comes and I call again, then they said Saturday. When they come saturday, they have the bed but not the lamps. Since then I called about 5 times, about the delivery for the lamps. 3 out of those 5 calls, I was promised a delivery that day or the next. A few days over a month,...

high prices low quality also the service not so good I order a bed set and they told me I was going to received not tater than 3 days after waiting 4 days and not receive nothing I call and the mistaken the order and told me that they did not had it in stock that set any more but they will ordered for me since I had already pay. so ask low long it will take they told me a week again they fail and did not deliver the set until 2 weeks after, I was not happy at all. and the quality of the bed not so good cheap material not as the set they had on display. My Dad told me he received lousy customer service regarding a simple mattress cover. I'm taking my business elsewhere. Why pay Delano's higher sales tax when Bakersfield is only 30-35 minutes away? Its not like you do all your shopping in Delano anyway. From what I was told, Serrano's Furniture doesn't offer free local delivery or disposal of your old mattress. Fail!
