I cannot say enough good things about Austin and Becky. From the moment I walked in, they treated me and my girls like family.

Austin went above and beyond in every way. He explained everything to me step-by-step so I always felt confident in my decisions. While I worked with Becky on paperwork, he sat with my daughters, colored with them, and even proudly hung their artwork on his desk. He showed me every bell and whistle on my new car, set up my phone, and made sure I knew how to use all the features. He even filled up the tank before I drove off! Most importantly, he was honest, straightforward, and never pressured me. As a single mom, I truly felt he was empathetic to my situation and worked hard to get me the absolute best deal possible — and he delivered the exact car I wanted! After having terrible experiences at other dealerships, Austin has set the bar incredibly high.

Becky was just as amazing! She also spent time coloring with my girls, making them feel special and cared for. She was so kind, funny, and charismatic — I instantly felt comfortable with her. She never pressured me and even took the time to teach me tips for paying off my loan faster. She went above and beyond to make the whole experience easy and stress-free, and she truly made me feel like part of the family.

When you go to car swap everyone is very kind, helpful and welcoming. I had the pleasure of working with Don and Randy. The first time we came to look at a vehicle and it was late and dark, we looked at a couple others and sat in a vehicle. It being late we didn’t want to test drive anything and Don understood and was nice and not pushy or pressuring us. We said we’d be back to look at the vehicles another day. The next day we came back we told Don what we were looking for our “checklist” and budget. We talked about a couple options and started to do test drives. Don made sure to have the vehicles ready to go once we came back from the test drives so we could quickly move onto the next one. We would give out input on how we felt after each test drive and Don was understanding. We test drove 3 vehicles and after everything we went with a Chrysler 300s. It was a Saturday and my bank was already closed so we had to wait until Monday to get the bank end done since we were doing our own financing. There was a couple things that needed to be taken care of for the bank to have everything they needed for the loan and Don and Randy were very quick at getting me the things I needed to proceed with the process. They made sure when I came to get the car that the car and paperwork were ready to go. Very pleasant experience! Not pushy at all, they are their to assist you. I purchased a Lexus LC 500 from Car Swap. The minute I arrived with my family, Everyone greeted us with big smiles and made us feel comfortable after a long drive. Amy and Zack were very professionals and accommodating throughout the sales process! I posted the first half of my review right after I purchased the car in May 2023. In August, I returned the vehicle. When I tried to register the car in Minnesota, I paid taxes on it. Two weeks later, I received a letter from DMV that informed me that the vehicle was a salvage vehicle. The dealer never disclosed it at the time of purchase. When I confronted them, they gave me the run around. I had to contact the South Dakota Attorney General. They received a letter from him demanding resolution to the issue. Only then, they accepted the return of the vehicle. They gave me all my money back except the difference in taxes that I paid when I registered the car in Minnesota. They still owe me $460. I have been waiting for them to give me my money back and they still refuse to do it. The Attorney General put them on watch list for future malpractice. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone, because we work very hard for our money and we refuse to be taken advantage of by corrupt dealers such...
