I visited Window Tint Sioux Falls where i was greeted by the owner Nate. a few days ago to get a quote for my 2011 GMC Sierra. After discussing options, I decided on the LLumar Formula One Pinnacle film, which is just below their top-of-the-line Stratos. I scheduled an appointment for Friday at 9 AM. I arrived 10 minutes early and saw Nate finishing up another car. As soon as I walked in, he greeted me by name—“Good morning, Jeremy”—which made me feel very welcomed. By 9:10 AM, he had finished the previous car, and by 9:20 AM, my truck was inside. He started by removing the door panels to ensure the tint was applied properly. My truck already had front window tint, and within minutes, he removed it without leaving any glue residue. The entire job included: • Removing the old front window tint • Tinting all side windows • Tinting the rear window • Adding a sun strip ("brow") on the windshield He completed everything in 2.5 hours, and the results were flawless. One of my close friends had an appointment right after mine, so I stuck around to watch Nate work. His customer service is outstanding. He’s quick but never rushed, focused but approachable. My friend and I were practically standing next to him, chatting the entire time like we were just hanging out. For those who prefer to relax, his shop has a loft with comfortable couches, a coffee table, and even some decks of UNO. In the future, he plans to offer PPF (Paint Protection Film) and vinyl wrapping, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Nate has now worked on my vehicles twice. The first time was to do all my husband's main windows on his suburban. He worked with him to find the right tint to go with. Next up was to go back and do the sunroof. I only did two appointments due to my own financial situation had to wait to get the rest of the funds. But very appreciative that he worked us back in when we were ready to do the rest of it. Most places will try to push to do all or none at once and nate didn't do that. In the future when they start doing the vehicle wraps my personal car will be going in. Unfortunately mine is already tinted or else I'd have him do my car too lol.
