All I can do is tell about our experience. Our neighbors had a good experience, but we did not. We called them several times but never heard from them until our neighbors called them and said we were interested in getting a barn built. Dave called us and came out quickly, unfortunately he wouldn't be working with us because we weren't in his territory. But he said they could do the job and that Dan would be calling us. Dan called us on our landlines and didn't leave a phone number to call him back. After finally getting in touch, he talked briefly with my husband and then sent us a graphic for a barn with a very high quote. We called him and said that was way out of our price range and never mind. THEN he decided he should come out and talk to us. We wanted a barn built on a pre existing foundation. He was concerned about code. He tried to dig and see how far down it went but gave up after digging for a couple of minutes. I gave him pictures of what we wanted and he said he would get back to us. That was May. We still haven't heard from him. We called after not hearing from him for a month to see what was happening with the quote and he said he'd lost the pictures and asked us to send them to him again. We had a great experience with them building our new post frame shed. They were very responsive when questions would arise. We had 3 issues during the build of our building: a cracked window, door swing the wrong direction, and the windows had some leaks around the outside. In every case custom structures stepped up and corrected every issue without charging us more money. The door cost them some additional money since it had a custom paint color and they corrected it and owned it. The windows leaked around the outside and I made a phone call. Lost 48 ft of my 80 x 40 shed in the derocha in May of 2022. Casey was at my shed and reviewed my needs. When the insurance company finally came an agreed price, Casey worked with me to get it within a reasonable cost.
