I wanted to get a gift for my mother, and she would have insist that she wouldn't want it a gift so while we were looking around inside the shop with my mother, I picked out a stuffed crocodile and ask them if they could gift wrap it discreetly and make sure my mom didn't see it. They did so with a smile on their face, and they were extremely friendly and kind with the exchange. I paid them silently in before I walked out of the store I gave my mom alligator stuffed plush beautifully wrapped in Mardi gras wrapping paper in a gift bag which she adored. This place is amazing! They have a wonderful variety of gifts and products for men and women. One of my favorite things is they keep a wish list of your favorite picks for people who want to shop for you! They have the absolute best customer service!! Rayanne and her staff always welcome you with a smile and they're knowledgeable about the products they're selling. This is a lovely boutique with unique gifts which is why I liked it. Once I find a store I like, I am a repeat customer. However. I was disappointed about the way I was treated today. The first time I went into the store, the customer service was excellent. Today it was not the same experience. When I first walked in, I was greeted very nicely by an older lady.
