Excellent customer service! My friend and I decided to explore downtown Denison since we both recently loved to Lake Texoma. Between our own kids, and some extra friends along for the day, we walked in with 7 sweet young kiddos! The owner was so kind and patient with us while we shopped. I ordered a an IOD stamp my wife had been pining to get for a long time but was always out of stock locally. I found this shop on the web and they had it. I ordered it for a Christmas gift and it arrived super fast. Sadly, it was the incorrect stamp. I reached out since Christmas was only 7 days away to see how we could fix it. The owner emailed back quickly with their phone number and we set up a meet to exchange since we live about 1 hour apart. Met up and they had gift wrapped it ready to put under the tree!
