410 Niche Coffee & Shop — Restaurant in Denison

I am NEVER coming here again. I had a very special dress on hold with my name and phone number attached. It was for a really special concert in December. I tried FOUR TIMES to buy it, and the seller wouldn’t respond so it stayed on hold. I just came to buy it, and they took everything they had held for people out of the back. And sold my dress. I should’ve been called and notified to come pick it up. I am devastated. I will NEVER EVER return to this place. The manager was completely unempathetic and arrogant when I tried to as why my dress what sold after I was assured it would be there all four times I attempted to purchase it, and now all of a sudden theres a ‘24 hour hold policy’ which is NOT WHAT I WAS TOLD. I was told my dress would be there. Seriously he was a complete jerk about the entire situation. Its sad because I really loved this place and shopped there a lot. . But after this situation and how I was treated yeah. Not ever returning. I really hope this reaches the owner so they know how unkind...

We were in town for a few days & explored downtown. This shop was our favorite. The first day a sweet young blonde waited on us & made us four delicious & perfect coffees. She was everything you would want in an employee. The second day we stopped in for another coffee and to purchase a few items. A young brunette waited on us. She took our order for two coffees, then waited on six customers before she made our two coffees. Our order was completely wrong & not drinkable. You will find our full cups in the trashcan on the sidewalk. This young lady should not work alone. She can't handle it. After she tapped the coffee grounds, she blew off the grounds with her mouth. Stopped in here while passing through the town, one of my favourite small coffee shops I have been to! The service was great, a young man named Juan was awesome to talk with, he also creates his own art and has his own t-shirt company in the same building. It was nice to walk around the store and sip some coffee, the layout is also very well done. The plant sale was also great!

The last thing would be the espresso I had, it is hard to find good espresso in the U.S. but this place was locked in. Very awesome espresso!
