Mom sent me an an updated picture of the flowers....all of the roses have already started to wilt and droop over just a day after delivery.

All I have to say is horrible. Ordered a bouquet through Ava's flowers that they accepted..... bouquet didn't look anything like I ordered (pretty pathetic if you knew what I paid) , was a day late for delivery, and I had to find out from my mother that she never received them on her birthday. I was surprised at work with a delivery of a beautiful bouquet. I absolutely love flowers but these are super special to me. After an entire day of trying to figure out who they were from, “you are so Lucky” was all the card said. Turns out all I had to do was read the message on the flower itself. Lmao see last picture. Forever thankful to my hubzilla and always blessed. I highly recommend you order your loved one a bouquet today. You never know what message the universe is sending or how it’s going to...

This person legit buys premade arrangements from Albertsons, Trader Joe's, etc., then places them in vases of her own and uncharges!! Beware, if you order a big balloon arrangment she cannot and will not have the material and means to get it completed, will not tell you, still charge you FULL price and then bring "what she's able to" to your event.. -10 stars if it was an option. What a disgrace to...
