The brisket was lean and very tender (no knife needed) with a good char. The sauce was a bit vinegary for me, but it grew on me. It turned out to be a good contrast to the tender meat. I tried the BBQ beans (regular pintos but in BBQ sauce as you'd expect from the name) with a bit of heat from spices, and bits of brisket - I enjoyed it.
