Wow. Simply put , A1 all around. A1 staff. A1 location. A1 prices and merch. But more so it’s the staff that make you feel super welcomed every time you come in. I drive passed 3 other pawn shops including the “other location” just to get to this EZ Pawn … I’ve been doing business with them for a long time. Ever since my first experience, I haven’t found anything better. Social thanks to Max, Jevonte, and of course Hannah for taking their time to explain everything whenever needed. The fine print can be tricky at pawn shops. Never had a problem here. The honesty , integrity nd service I receive from these guys is one of a kind. And Hannah I don’t know what I would do without you. You’re always so quick to help, explain , and takeover when needed. Only to do a “PERFECT” job every time. I feel beyond comfortable hearing it from you. Phil , how can I ever leave you out. I came in to look at their selection of dvd's. In addition to having a variety of different movies to choose from, the staff was excellent with their customer service. I had an issue with my phone that was completely unrelated to the establishment and my visit. During a friendly conversation with Caleb, I told him about the problem that I was having with my phone. He has some basic knowledge with these types of situations and offered to try to remedy my problem free of charge even though I offered to give him some money should he be able to find a solution. He spent 2 hours of his time trying 3 different methods to make it right and found enough success that handling the rest of it myself with my service provider would be simple enough. All these reviews seem to be from people who have purchased merchandise not on the pawning side. So, if you really want “max money” go to the location in Lewisville. Not very knowledgeable in guitar amps. Didn’t have a cord to test it and whoever the other guy was told him to turn amp on and touch the input jack with his finger. Naturally, nothing happened. Have to do that trick WITH A CORD. They still let me get a loan on my 120 watt 2x12 Line 6 spider III, but claimed they only sell for $50? Maybe for the much smaller 15 watt amps yes, for a 2x12 120 watt? No. The only reason I didn’t just take my amp and walk out is I didn’t feel like driving somewhere else other than home.
