Frequency Coffee — Restaurant in Denton

Love this place. Great spot in walking distance from the whole Idiot’s Hill, Windsor Park, Nottingham Woods area. It’s also an easy drive-by location along University. They’re super nice and friendly, and have great coffee. They use Cultivar coffee, which immediately puts them light years above Starbucks, any other chain (and Jupiter House, shhh).

I’ve mostly had their cold brew which is really solid, my wife is in love with their oatmilk iced latte, and she adds vanilla. Once things get cooler outside, I’ll definitely be getting their drip a lot, and will report back.

They also have Metzler’s kolaches/sausage rolls available and they are excellent. Jalapeño cheese kolache is one of the best I’ve ever had.

Come check this place out and support a new local business. It can’t be easy kicking off a business in the middle of covid. And this place is definitely worth your attention regardless.

Love The Mug! It’s great coffee and even better service. It’s fun to have our regular coffee place be in walking distance from our home, but it’s also super convenient to drive through when we are in a hurry! We have been coming since they opened and have gotten to know the owner, who cares not only about having high quality coffee, but also about having excellent service. She even has my order memorized! Sarah and Vince were awesome. Today was my first time here, and I got the Jailbreak after much conversing with Sarah. She answered all of my questions and was so sweet. I like my drinks sweet and she and Vince had no problems making that happen for me. The jailbreak consists of a cold brew with two kolaches.
