I ordered the TRNG-212 Solenoid assembly for my Trion G200 humidifier. I ONLY ordered from them because the picture of the item showed it included a KIP valve (USA made) which is what I had that lasted for many years. What I got instead was a cheap Chinese knock off. I also noticed where the original part says 2.5 watts, but the junk replacement has 5 watts on it. I paid over $108 for this garbage that I could have bought off Amazon for
Read moreOrdered a Vegetable tray for frig. the price was right and the part was easy to identify on the web site. It was ordered on 10/21/23 and received on 11/07/23. When the package arrived, there was no visible sign of damage in the package material...rips, tears, gouges at all. When unpacking, the bottom of the tray had a large crack in it. the tray was packed tight in two boxes that were sleeved together with the brown paper wadded up to fill in voids. The package had no fragile, handle with care or anything besides an address label on it. Shipping was from Colorado to South Carolina, so probably in transit something heavy had been throw on top of it or was just simply thrown around and the bottom of the plastic tray was cracked. When calling customer service, I got reps from outside the country (Honduras) and could not get anything beside scripted policy's on returns. I have been in contact by email on how to resolve the issue of a refund or reshipping the part which is now out of stock and now has to come from the vendor. I asked for a refund for now and was asked to send the part back. The Rep at Appliance Factory Parts would send a return label via email. At this point, I will have to pull the label, go buy packing tape... currently do not have any. Now have to pull label, go buy packing tape, use two gallons of diesel to drop off at the closest shipping. I would rather put it in the trash and get a new one or money back. Who want's to deal with sending back a mishandle product while shipping... not the fault of the purchaser and have to absorb the cost of handling the return. Still working with customer service to resolve, may have to send it back for a refund that will take return time plus 5-7 business days to receive. I remember seeing the charge immediately when purchasing, but will have to wait...
Read moreIn 2020, I ordered replacement burners for my KitchenAid grill. It wasn't until May of 2021 when I had a chance to replace them. I installed them and they lit but were constantly "puffing" off and on. When I compared the burners side-by-side I could immediately see a difference. I contacted the company first with a phone call then emails then many more phone calls, website support chats etc. I asked for, on multiple occasions, a call back, which I never received. I also sent multiple photos. They did confirm the Model number of my grill matched their replacement part for the burners. Given it was over a year since my order, I didn't expect a full refund. I did more research and found a similar model grill on their website and the burner looks like a perfect match. I asked for them to review this for me but they've not completed the review and continue to ask for more information. I have run out of patience after a month of follow ups.
See the photos below. My premise is the part number listed on their website for my model grill is incorrect so was shipped the wrong part.
Part 2: 6/16/2020 I foolishly ordered a part based on their website photo which matched the old burner from my old grill. And what did I get? I got that same part as I did last year which has a different part number (but the same physical part). So I called support. I demanded to speak to a supervisor or manager but they told me "they were in a meeting". They also told they would definitely call me back after their lunch time (MST). They did not. I've sent my 9th email and requested a refund including return shipping.
I do now have a solution for folks who need these burners for this model: Go to Home Depot's website and use this #: Model #20002439A0. It's 75% cheaper too boot! Yes, it's...
