I drove 45 minutes to get here and had to take the afternoon off of work. My appointment was for 2:30 I arrive 15 minutes before my appointment like they asked me to. Only to be told that my appointment was for 1:30. I should the receptionist my phone, which said the appointment was for 2:30 plain as day. She said that they had called and requested a phone call from me which I had no idea happened because of the fact that I am almost to deaf with profound hearing loss. I Cannot talk on the phone. Do you think they might’ve sent me an email since that’s how I made the appointment. I am absolutely furious and I don’t care if I go blind I would never come back to this unprofessional place ever ever again. I was told they could reschedule me so I can take another afternoon off of work and drive another 45 minutes to get here and another 45 minutes back. No thank you. Dr Coco does not seem to care very much. I was unhappy with my last eye doctor and needed a second opinion. I booked with Dr. Coco all seemed OK until the end of the session. I took my daughter to the ER with a severe case of pink eye. She was in an extreme amount of pain. The ER nurse referred us to Dr Coco. I called to see if I could get her in and was told no, so sorry, but the doctor was on a "strict schedule" and couldn't see her.

Then I asked if they could refer me to someone who could see her and was told, "Sorry, I don't know. I'm new."
