Literally the most unprofessional office I've ever witnessed.

Update: •The evening I left my original review of this office (without having told my grandmother I did it) they called her to basically ask me to change my review. I will not do that because it's all true. They want a better review, they should be better to their patients. •They charged my grandmother's checking account TWICE! It took months to fix and get the second charge returned. Literally drained her account, she had to have an absolute sh*tfit to get the money returned. •Then! They gave her an 8:30am appointment on a day they don't open until 9:30. We were very disappointed that we drove 2 hours to wait an additional hour.

Extremely disappointed and unprofessional!

My grandmother asked me to take her to this 'stem cell place' and I agreed. Anything to keep her from another spinal surgery. We will continue to go here until we know weather or not the treatment is working because we already paid for them.

However! When my grandmother called to make the appointment we were told $1,000 per injection, the cost is actually $10,000 per for spinal injections. Big difference. Of course there's some special right now for 30% off so $7,000. Still.

We do not live anywhere near the office, after walking in and checking in my grandmother decided not to continue due to the travel. We were convinced to stay because one of the doctors told us 'We can do the injections today." So, he successfully changed her mind. But, it didn't matter that they could (and did) do the injections on the same day because I still have to take her back twice a month for 3 months. We were NOT INFORMED OF THIS UNTIL AFTER PAYING.

We were NOT properly prepped on what the procedure and after care would involve. a) NO ONE mentioned a back brace until after the injections. b) NO ONE mentioned having to spend time after the injections still at the office doing exercises. c) NO ONE mentioned 6 follow up appointments.

While most of the members of team that we met were courteous there was 2 instances where we felt very disrespectful by the rudeness we endured.

Honestly, I would not recommend this...

I went with my mother I was hoping for a solution for her shoulder pain. My mom went with a friend to one of his informational seminars. They liked him and my mom made an appointment. When we get there it was fine get on back with him and he becomes a used car salesman. This price only good for today. After an hour of doing a finance dance we get to the procedure. We have now been in the office for 2 hours. I truly wish my mom went elsewhere to have the procedure ( I’d rather buy a car then to deal with this person.). He has people on speed dial to convince you. The financial part is a joke. You ask to have the loan papers sent to you and you get a bill before you get the papers. Also the email your financial information to someone other than you. When the procedure is about to take place the nurse that is doing the injections doesn’t get the consent before she does the procedure and to top it off, my mother was in terrible pain that night, call the office and then doesn’t get a call back until late Thursday afternoon after I call and ask what is going on . The procedure was on Wednesday. The receptionist said they gave the message to Dr Jones. I replied we haven’t heard from him can the nurse at least call and check on her. This procedure was done in June and I’m still trying to get a statement from his office to say that a procedure was done. All he could say is thT we are a 5 star office. All I have to say is that this a negative 5 star office. Please be aware. This procedure was for stem cell. Be aware. Please check other places for this procedure. Do your homework for other reputable places. I know nothing of his chiropractic work. Hopefully he is...

A very honest review I debated writing this review but I think it's important because it’s a pretty pricey investment. So it’ll start off with the positives…Dr. Jones is very knowledgeable and you can tell that he is very passionate about helping people get healthy. He has so much free information on his TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook page. I purchased a 10 week package that consisted of 10 weeks of AOD and 10 weeks of coaching. It started off great, they would check in with me and answer any and all questions that I had. My issue was, the last 5 weeks that I was on this program (50%) of what I purchased, there was no contact whatsoever. Not once did they check in on me to see how I was doing. The only contact I was receiving were the weekly weigh ins (which not once did they ever go over my progress) and weekly messages to leave a 5 star review. If I could go back I would have never purchased the coaching because he honestly gives everything out for free on his TikTok. I do recommend the supplements as they have helped but if you are considering purchasing his coaching, I would say save your money, buy the supplements, and just follow his social media accounts. I’m very upset that I spent $600 on ten weeks of coaching and that was not fulfilled. I can not justify the price for...
